I stopped by Dua on a Monday night when it was pretty slow, but my server Soto made the whole experience feel special. He was friendly, attentive, and created such a nice atmosphere even with the quiet crowd. He also made me the best espresso martini I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced and so smooth. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. I really appreciated the great service and vibe he brought to the night. Definitely recommend asking for Soto if you visit Dua!

Dua Restaurant and Lounge is easily one of my favorite spots in Jacksonville! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is pure class — upscale, modern, and full of great energy. The decor, lighting, and music all come together perfectly to create a vibrant yet relaxed vibe.

The food is absolutely top-notch — every dish is flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Their cocktails are just as impressive — creative, balanced, and crafted to perfection. And if you enjoy hookah, Dua takes it to another level — smooth, flavorful, and always set up perfectly.

We as a family went here for Mediterranean food but got disappointed as it was not Mediterranean at all..Very much near to ittalian food..But still not that good...We ordered crispy calamary, Chicken kebab, seafood platter(Aqua Amore), Fettuccine ai Funghi, linguine pasta blanc sauce..
We were 4 and by default they have 18% gratuity.
Food is pricey but not worth..No wow factor.
They need to plan better or need to have better menu.

Looking to feel swept away to place in Mediterranean with your friends. Dua is the greatest place to meet up and hang out. Great food, drinks, atmosphere, seating, service and music.
