This week, I have been going to this location early in the morning around 5:50am to get an extra large pumpkin coffee. Today when I went, I was helped by the same gentleman that I've had previously. He is so sweet every time and brings joy to my day when he is the one handing me my coffee! I hope he see's this and knows how wonderful he is!

Amazing service! I had an order to pickup for an HOA social gathering for coffee and donuts. One of the employees helped deliver the bags of donuts and coffee to my vehicle.

Iâve been here twice on the way to work if I canât make it to the Main Street location. This location has messed something up both of those times and I have had the simplest order both times. The customer service is not the best but I will say, the person who rings me out is always pleasant.

As a Dunkin girlie who grabs a cup of coffee just about everyday, this is my favorite location! I have been going to this location for years since moving in the area. They are so kind and welcoming! Itâs a busy location so I order on the app & pick up inside. They greet with good mornings, and know my name! Keep up the great service!

We stop and get coffee almost every morning before work and Ms. Narrisa (Iâm so sorry if Iâm misspelling that) is just as sweet as can be. She is so bubbly and always has a smile on her face. She makes us more excited to stop by for coffee.

All the bad reviews about this place are true. Employee smoking in the drive thru order area. If you pull up to the window to avoid the smoke, you're told they can't place an order there for you. Bad vibes all around.
This is one of the best DD locations in Southside Jax and itâs safe to say that UNFâs Student Government runs on this Dunkin!
They were able to freshly make 72 donuts custom order for our campus event and we couldnât be more happy with what we paid for.
They worked with our order request every step of the way and greeted us with a smile on pick up day with fantastic energy to start our Monday morning. We LOVE DD southside! Thank you guys so so much!

The morning crew is always amazing, they are the only DD around my area that has bacon that doesnât taste like rubber and plastic mixed together. Their energy is absolutely wonderful, when you are constantly going through the drive thru in the mornings and you are able to click with a group of people, thats how you know they are special. And I love the fact that I don't have to wait in line so long during a rush hour, they are crazy fast and my life style loves it. Cause lord knows I cant afford to be waiting in a drive thru for 30 minutes. Seriously a 10 out of 10 all around.
I've gone to this location MANY times. I went in today and had to use the restroom while I waited for my food to be finished. IT WAS FILTHY!!! They do not clean it and no soap. I walked right out the door. I will never be back. Go look at the restroom before you order food. Absolutely disgusting
