the staff tends to ignore patrons or not pay attention to orders given often. typically I don't mind a wrong coffee or other mistake. but it happens too often here at this location.
tonight I had 2 employees argue with me over the drive thru speaker box that a particular item was not available. not out of stock, but that they don't ever carry it. however both their app as well as their marquee boards at the drive thru window show the item. so either it wasn't passed down...read full review
