I visit Dunkin often, but this was only my second time at this location—and unfortunately, I was disappointed again. I ordered my usual coffee, but it was completely off and tasted awful. On top of that, my hash browns were burnt and hard.

I initially went through the drive-thru, but the line was so long and barely moving that I decided to go inside to place my order instead.

Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location. The Dunkin on 103rd always gets it right!

8/27/25 My trip today had a hot surprise. XL hot coffee cups seem to have a deformity around the top. Lid does not stay fixed. Came off while I was driving home and hot coffee spilled on me. No major burns but it was hot. Please check your lids, folks!

- I've been visiting this location every day for at least a month. The food & drink products are always 10/10. The people have always been incredible until today. Usually, the ladies greet for order, and deliver at the windows. Today there were guys at both. Abrupt, rushed, inpatient seeming. Overall great. But, the guys need to take a breath & enjoy their blessings. If not, find other blessings elsewhere. Don't punish the rest of us for your rough moments.

Slowest drive through ever for any type of service. Took 30 min for a coffee and only 3 cars ahead of me. I thought it was a pharmacy line. Just ridiculous.

Fast service. Wish I had gotten the name of the guy working the counter inside. Brown hair and glasses. Amazing quality customer service! Kudos to the whole crew!

I ordered a hot coffee and cold brew. It was gross. The hot coffee was barely warm. I ordered a Carmel swirl cold brew. It tasted like the raspberry flavor. I did not want to say anything because both drinks were awful. I didn't think they could make it better
They need training on how to make the drinks. I will not be going back to this location.

I haven’t been here in at least a year and unfortunately my son wanted to go, so I took him. Told him it will be the last time. They are rude and waiting in line for 20 minutes for 2 donuts is insane. Gonna have to find something at Starbucks he likes instead.

I have never in my 45 years of life been refused service for such a ridiculous reason. The worker asked me to hold on which I did and I was going over the menu with my son telling him the refresher flavors and she rudely said ma'am you need to hold on. I responded saying that I wasn't talking to her I was talking to my son. She went to the manager and he proceeded to tell me that I was being rude and refused me service through the drive thru. Never again will I come here. I will be following up with corporate in regards to this matter

This dunkin has went way down hill . Idk if it's the management or they just dont care. All these Walmarts opening up around here i pray they open another dunkin. Do yourself a favor go to Starbucks or the dunkin off Collins rd and Blanding or 103rd Dunkin cause this one will not get another dollar from me!!!
