My boys and I go here like 2-3 mornings a week. They always get the same thing. The place is clean and service is usually quick.

The new staff are wonderful very professional and polite ! I’m back the staff prior to this one kept me away very young kids talked over the food !

Slow service and they are always out of items. if you place an order online, you get what they give you, not what you ordered. Instead of telling you that an item is out, they'll just put whatever in the bag. Very bad service.

I always used to come to this Dunkin but I haven’t been to it in a couple of weeks. The drive through is very slow as mentioned in previous reviews. I have previously experienced very slow service at this Dunkin before. Today I purchased a small original iced coffee with almond milk 2 pumps of hazelnut & 2 pumps of caramel swirl, the color was way off and it tasted horrible. The drive through person didn’t welcome me at the through nor at the window.

Slowest service on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00 we were there almost 20 minutes inside after backing out of the drive thru that did not move waiting on 2 frozen coffees.

This location it's fantastic! It gets crazy busy yet staff still know me and it has a friendly small town feel I love bringing my kids in to choose donuts like I used to do in my small town dunkin years ago!

Took 15 minutes to order and get my drink, paid for double shot espresso and barley tasted it.

I visit Dunkin often, but this was only my second time at this location—and unfortunately, I was disappointed again. I ordered my usual coffee, but it was completely off and tasted awful. On top of that, my hash browns were burnt and hard.

I initially went through the drive-thru, but the line was so long and barely moving that I decided to go inside to place my order instead.

Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location. The Dunkin on 103rd always gets it right!

8/27/25 My trip today had a hot surprise. XL hot coffee cups seem to have a deformity around the top. Lid does not stay fixed. Came off while I was driving home and hot coffee spilled on me. No major burns but it was hot. Please check your lids, folks!

- I've been visiting this location every day for at least a month. The food & drink products are always 10/10. The people have always been incredible until today. Usually, the ladies greet for order, and deliver at the windows. Today there were guys at both. Abrupt, rushed, inpatient seeming. Overall great. But, the guys need to take a breath & enjoy their blessings. If not, find other blessings elsewhere. Don't punish the rest of us for your rough moments.
