I went in here they were talking and never came to take the order bad customer service employees shouldn't be talking they should be doing their job

I usually have a good experience but we are missing some of our order and no one answers the phone. Not sure why the phone number is on the receipt and google and it just rings and sounds like a fax machine after so many rings 🤦🏾‍♀️ so I guess we have to return in person to let them know the error

Let me start by saying I always read reviews that others have left prior, to see if I have the same experience or if the company has made any improvements.

With that when you are in a Dunkin drive thru in the morning you should expect delays, thats just what it is.

Giving my order at the speaker was fine. The lady taking it was cheery and not all irrited by the rush, or she at least hid it from her voice. She even seemed surprised when I asked how her day was going before I placed my order. Pulling up to receive my order is where it went down hill.

When the window opened, I asked to pay for the two orders behind me. (I know some people dont like this, I dont care what those people think) the lady tells me "we dont do that here". Now that is a flat out lie as I have done that at every Dunkin including this one several times. This lady steps away without even taking payment for my food. A different younger lady comes to the window and takes my payment and for the two behind me. She thanked me and said she would let them know.

Now the original lady comes back and A hot coffee was being presented to me. I told her that was not mine, as I had two iced coffees. She got frustrated and just closed the window without saying anything. After several minutes my two coffees came to the window. I could see one did not have cold foam as I requested but I was not going to say anything. Now im waiting for my food. She comes back to the window and rudely asked if I needed anything else. I told her that I had not received my food yet. Again with an attitude she tells me to pull forward. I tell her that I can't because I was pulling a trailer and would still be blocking the exit. The window closes and she walks away.

Several more minutes pass and she hands me my bag of food without even looking at me. I then tell her that I need straws. Again without looking she grabs straws & hands them to me and closes the window.

Lets add that as soon as I left, I literally pulled straight forward into a gas pump. I grabbed some of the food and it was all cold. All that waiting and the food wasnt even fresh. Add even more that both of the coffee orders were completley wrong. Except for the ice, they got the ice right.

Atmospshere is a 5 because I was obviously in the drive thru. I cant hit them for something that I did not see or experience. I will say when I have been inside its always clean, neat and the trash cans are never over flowing.

My wife and I came in for coffee and a donut. Dunkin is a Donut shop, they had none on the shelf, sold out. Why stay open then. Decided to go for the coffee. The coffee was like warm water, that's the best they could do. A total disappointment.

Hate the ordering kiosks - they never seem to scan my app properly. But the staff is happy to take an order at the counter.

absolutely delightful young ladies helped me today at 6:30pm! helped me pick what to drink and made it quickly. price was very reasonable, i had never been to this location before and i will definitely be back to see this bunch! thanks crew!

Hashbrowns and bacon were cooked in a nuclear reaction. Enough salt to kill a horse.
Why are the floors flooded in front of the register? Very disappointed

they need to do something about the swimming pool in the lobby area that has been there for over 3 months.

Probably odd timing, but at 9am on a Sunday morning they were wet mopping the walk in and order area which seemed off putting.
Ordering was okay, but six donuts for $9.64 is pricey for the quality and flavor.

I have been to this Dunkin donuts about five times since the beginning of the year they have a leak and it leaks on the floor right in front of the cash register not only is it dangerous to the employees but it's dangerous for the customers as well they really need to get their stuff together and get the repairs done there is no excuse for that as a slip and fall victim because of water on the floor they really need to get it fixed

Absolutely amazing experience when it comes to service. Food, customer service, the environment, everything here was just perfect for me. I definitely recommend it.
