Didn't even make it to the store. Got irritated that the prices could not be seen unless you download the app. I don't go enough to have the app, just wanted the information. Now I just don't care, I'm going to Krispy Kreme, they are way better and baked fresh anyways... They are not shipped to the store frozen and then warmed up.

This might be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to recently. They’re never open in the morning in the afternoon at night. It seems like the staff is always playing around not quite sure what’s going on there. Also, when they are open, they Are often out of things trying to understand how you could be out of donuts at a donut shop. It’s pretty sad that I have to drive several miles past this store just to get to a Dunkin’ Donuts that’s open.

I was very surprised at the taste of my black coffee. Normally is a good tasting coffee at Dunking . Today it tasted like water with a pinch of coffee. Watery. I will try again in a couple days.

The only reason I give 4 stars is because they almost never get the order correct when ordering via a delivery app. It's fine in the drive thru but they can be pretty slow during rush times I get it's to be expected with them being the only other option besides Starbucks in the area.Parking: They share spots with a gas station so there are MAYBE 4-5 non handicap spots out front and another 10ish on the other side of the pumps.

Always a nice experience here. The last time I came they had to redo my drink because I ordered something new & wasn’t a fan. She re made it willingly with no problem & still a great attitude. Thank you! Things like this goes a long way for me.

I went this morning. Couldn't fund parking. Finally got in an was ignored for 15 minutes! Terrible!UPDATE: I am a dasher, as well as a customer. 2 young ladies were talking about personal stories when the store was so busy ..you couldn't find parking. On top of that, because I was with doordash, I was pushed to the side for them to help everyone in the store first, even people that came in after me! ALL orders should be handled in the order they are recieved!! My customer put in there order online before anyone there and it wasn't ready for pick up. Then it was even started until I was finally asked what was the name on the order!?!?!? Things like cost me time and money, and makes my customer upset! That's is not good for business and if it were my order I would be upset!

This Dunkin’ Donuts is BY FAR the best one in the area. We moved from Oakleaf to middleburg and still come here because of how amazing everyone is. The service is always on point and everyone is always so happy and so sweet. I absolutely love this Dunkin. I feel like management does an amazing job picking the employees ! I’ve never had a bad experience and that says a lot. Thank you guys for always being so awesome !!!
