I never ever write reviews, EVER! But I can confirm all the negative reviews about this place. The workers are EXTREMELY rude. I was made fun of for how I pronounced an item and the worker continued to laugh. Then, she forgot I was sitting at the window and tried to double charge me because she wasn’t paying any attention. It’s unfortunate because this location is very convenient but I’d rather spend the extra money at Starbucks than deal with rude employees!

Ordered a Bagel toasted with cream cheese (drive thru), o boy! when I got to it it was toasted but the cream cheese was non existent Apparently the standard amount of cream cheese means nothing to the preparer or the owners do not care IDK. All I know is I bought another one down the road on Emerson and Phillips hwy and it was good.

Have to change my rating due to one employee that seems to have people skill issues. The manager a young lady was very friendly and understanding . The employee that likes to think he is a manager or someone other than an employee definitely needs some customer service training. I have had an issue with him twice now. I never received an apology but with the managers calm temper and smile it made things somewhat better. She deserves acknowledgment for her skills while the male employee needs to learn some. It only takes one bad attitude to make a business have a issue but that attitude can be replaced or possibly retrained if they are willing.

Every time I place an online order for an apple fritter I never received it. Today i’ve tried calling this place for the last 40 minutes and for the last 40 minutes no one has never answered the phone. But yes still this is a business. I never get my money back you owe me a gift card and you don’t answer the phone why are you in business. and no I do not recommend getting anything from this particular Dunkin’ Donuts no do I even recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts

Ordered 2 coffees one regular 6 creams 6 sugars. That one was fine. Second one was a decaf black creamer and Splenda on the side. Got it with creaming in itband cold. When they redid it it was ice coffee. We had to go around and go inside . Rhe girl at the windows had an attitude and it was worse when my husband went in to get it redone again. The guy in the sweeping just looked at him and kept sweeping afterche asked him to remake the coffee. If you don't like your job getb a new one. Customer service is what they chose so customers shouldn't be received wirh attitude . Will never return
I came in late afternoon for a breakfast sandwich and coffee and Robert waited on me. He was very patient while I juggled my phone, to redeem some rewards, and cash. He made the breakfast sandwich perfectly! The croissant was baked perfectly, very flaky, and the bacon, egg, and cheese was all melty. The only bad thing I could comment on would be how awful the road construction is that makes it difficult to turn into the parking lot. There are traffic barrels and hoses every where and, in the many times I have come to this location, I have never seen anyone working on the road. It makes it difficult, if not dangerous, for customers to turn into, and out of, any of the businesses.

I went to this store to purchase donuts for my grandsons BD party. He requested chocolate donuts with chocolate icing. This store hardly had any donuts at all let alone a variety of choices. They had 2 regular donuts with chocolate icing. I was on my way to the party and this was the only DD for miles. Since they didn’t have much of a choice I decided to get the 2 they had and I went ahead and bought 4 glazed and decided I’d make a quick stop and get a chocolate cake so there would be enough. I paid 9.99 for 6 donuts. If this had not been for my grandson I would not of pd that. I called someone else that was going to the party and they said they would stop at their DD and get what my grandson wanted. She pd 13.99 for a dozen. That does not make sense to me. On a final note - my donuts were so stale we threw them away. I will never go to that DD again. Big disappointed all the way around.
