11:35pm on 11/6 the woman that was taking my order in the drive through, not very nice and seems to have an attitude. She probably should not be working customer service, however this is a common issue with most all fast food restaurants in Jacksonville Florida.

I was coming there every morning around the same time ordering the same thing, and the food didn't taste good it would be undercooked the inside of the eggs would be cold, the bacon wasn't cook right. And then I'm new to drinking coffee and I wanted to start drinking it I don't know about coffee it's new to me so I was asking for help to try to figure out what is best for me and then they would ask me the name and I would tell them I don't know the name of the item I'm trying to order one so it was aggravating trying to order something new and I couldn't even do that because the employee didn't want to help!! But if I go there and order food later than early in the morning the food tastes good and it looks a lot different than when you go at 5:30 in the morning! And then when they had a remake the order it was good so that tells me that it's not the food it's the employees early in the morning something it's not working right either it's too early I'm not sure but the food's not good! I wish this would get fixed I have wasted and threw away a lot of money on the food that I can't even eat if it can get fixed and corrected I would love to come there every day again!!

I love this location! I donāt know what it is about it. Itās just very calm and chill and I like working from here. Also, the staff is insanely nice. Also, thereās a conference room! Will be back many times.
This am I went there for a breakfast sandwich and coffee my bacon was raw it was still cold itās like they forgot to warm it up the cheese didnāt even melt and the bagel was hard as a rock the girl at the window was nice but k spent 13$ on 2 meals that we couldnāt even eat

Today i ordered an avocado toast and a ham and cheese croissant stuffer. The employees we're friendly.They asked me to pull around to the front to wait for the food to get done. Well, I received the food. The croissant stuffer was overcooked. The ham was rubber consistency, and it had a weird aftertaste to it. The avocado toast was overtosted with hardly any avocado spread and just gross. That was a waste of ten dollars.I can't get back. We'll not be going back to this dunkin
