Hands down, the La Pelua with their spicy sauce was delicious! I took the owner's recommendation, and I couldn't be happier. I'd buy a pint of their sauce if it was available. It was the perfect flavor combination. I'm looking forward to them visiting again!
First time ordering food from the El Chamo Criollo Food Truck on 1-21-2025 at the Flagler Crossing Drive community complex.

I'm not one to leave reviews good or bad, but this truck deserves a shout out! The food was well prepared, plentiful and downright tasty. Most importantly, the pork and beef (two separate dishes) was cooked just right and had all of the fat trimmed out. Too often when you get your meal of pork or beef, it includes way too much fat and gristle. It was seasoned well and not salty at all. Many chefs add way to much salt in the name of flavor.
