Empanada’s Factory Latin Fusion

My plate was exceptional. The portion was perfect, and I still had some left over. I did have some Columbian empanadas, which were also delicious.

Beat Latin food

First off, we really enjoyed the empanadas! Just get them, doesn't matter which ones, as they're all great. The ham and cheese croquettes were good as well. The only things I didn't enjoy was the potato salad, fried tilapia and tres leches.

The potato salad was really bland for some reason. It lacked salt, acidity and just flavor in general, so I wouldn't recommend that at all. The fried tilapia was the same, not flavor as it seems it was too reliant on the passion fruit/mayo sauce. I believe the fish should've had seasoning and the sauce compliments it, not be the only thing was flavor. I will say it cooked nicely though, crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Now the tres leches. I was very excited for it, it looks delicious! But it just wasn't for me. The cake was as soaked as I prefer, but it was decent. I just wouldn't get it again.

Our visit was an overall great experience and we will definitely go back to try other things on the menu!

So yummy!!! The food came out so fast and we ate it just as fast! Angel was the best server! Try the mango smoothie! Everything was delicious ☺

Empanadas were amazing 👏

Fresh, delicious, fast with great service.

Nai and Leslie were both very courteous, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their friendly service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and amazingly prepared. Every bite was enjoyable. The restaurant was very clean and had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made for a comfortable dining experience.

The bathrooms were also exceptionally clean and well maintained, which is always appreciated.

I highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Nai and Leslie, for helping make our visit such a great experience!

First time ever there and I loved it and the service was amazing

First visit here and the food and the service was excellent. Valentina is a lovely young woman who took great care of us. I recommend the Argentinian empanadas and the Colombian style as well. The service was fast and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed this place. congratulations to Owner Laura and her whole team.

Best iced latte I’ve ever had.

I know it sounds crazy to say that about an iced latte, but it’s true. Great coffee flavor, not watered down, and just really well made. Absolutely delicious

Stopped in for supper tonight and was very impressed. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. We sampled most of the small plates and enjoyed everything. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

This is difficult for me to do because I think this place has lots of potential. The last two times my family and I have eaten here we got food poisoning. This time I had the Lenchon and my wife had the Cuban. It was so big she only ate half so I ate the other half…6 hours later, I was sick. After that, my wife was sick. I cannot risk brining my family here nor recommending them to anyone.

Please improve your packaging for delivery!! I ordered many items and all the food containers were placed in the same small and thin plastic bag. It was raining and the containers arrived all tipped over inside the bag, luckily they didn’t open otherwise it would be a mess. A large order should be packed preferably in a large and stapled paper bag. The food was very good, I’ll dine in next time ;)

Okay in short, amazing. I moved to Jacksonville from New York, I also lived in Nj so the local Spanish restaurants were my go to when I wanted to eat. This place was a great Spanish representation. I mean the food was amazing. My wife got a tostones burger lol I’ve never even seen that before but credits to you guys for serving up such fresh food. I will definitely be coming back here for more. Everything felt so authentic.
