We were so excited to try this place! Overall, not a great experience. The only reason I gave it a 3, was because the owner spoke with us and explained the reason for some of the issues. We were expecting authentic Italian food, with some flavor. I do understand you can't season food too much in a restaurant setting but some seasoning would've been great! We went for an early evening weekday dinner. We had a reservation but figured it may not be all that busy at this time. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was friendly but awkward while talking to us, like she wasn’t sure or was distracted.
