I am disappointed I was the first customer I thought my food was going to be nice and fresh but the rice was overcooked and salty my curry chicken was dry it’s crazy, oxtail was also dry ; that was my first time there and my last smh🤦🏽‍♀️ for the price I spent I expected good food

I ordered on uber eats My order was accepted. When the dasher went to pick it up he was told they had no ingredients for my order. I asked were they canceling it and was told that I had to cancel the order. When I went to uber eats to cancel I was I was told I would not get a refund because my order had been started. I called the restaurant and they said it was nothing they could do I needed to take it up with uber eats. They took my money for an order that they never should have accepted.

The cashier (older lady) was mean and the jerk chicken was burnt. She did not offer my receipt, I had to demand she give me one, sad😥. Perhaps, Someone nice, friendly, and smiles should be the face of the establishment; otherwise, you will lose customers.

2026, we tried them again and now we're done with these slackers!! We ordered jerk chicken from them......the chicken was old and tasted ruin't!! Im done!! I cannot and will not recommend this joint 😤 😒 to anyone! Eat at your risk! We try to support people, but laziness, slackfulness, and unethicalness....BYE!!!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS A MAJOR MAKEOVER. THE CHIC UP FRONT IS RUDE AS HELL AND NEEDS TO RETIRE.... THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY CUT U OFF MID ORDER TO FINALLY TEND TO THE POOR PEOPLE WAITING FOR SEVERAL MINUTES ALREADY AFTER BEING IGNORED UPON ENTRY 😒 DO BETTER

The grandmother is always at the front with a slight attitude and the meat. Well the meat is nonexistent they fill the plate up with rice and peas, but they never filled the meat up even if you get a large oxtail you are better off, just purchasing your own oxtail and a pressure cooker. This will be the last time I go there I drive an hour to get there but no longer.

The food was dry and not good. I waited for over 30 minutes for cold food and presentation of food was awful ( plate covered with dry rice). This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. Jerk chicken had no taste and was dry.
The front counter lady was not friendly as stated by the last reviewer. Wishing for improvement!!

The woman working the register stayed on the phone and she was speaking so low that I couldn’t hear so out of frustration I just ordered something so I wasn’t holding up the line. It took almost 30mins to get my order and they don’t take your name down they just call out the order which someone else may have ordered the same thing you did and causes confusion

Authentic Goat Curry, cabbage, rice and beans! Absolutely delicious, and finger licking good! I ate it all and the medium was plenty!
