Service sucks. Was standing waiting to order for almost 15 minutes while the lady infront ignored us. Then had the nerves to pick up the phone call. I couldn't even order and just walked out. Frustrating had to drive to Buccaneers Jamaican spot.

The dishes are awesome, real Jamaican meals to make one lick their fingers 👍☺️. Authentic!!

Reviews always tell the real Story .. food is pretty good, but if you have a complaint , they hang up the phone on you.dont order the med size portion.. if you really have to here only preset the lunch special and even that it’s pretty small so you might as well just go to any other Jamaican restaurant in town cause everywhere else you get better service better food and more for your money. Just stay away.!!

I have never eaten there, l wouldn't even if l was dying of starvation and this place was the last place standing. I am a delivery driver, there is not a time l arrive at this dump so called restaurant that l don't have a problem. There is ZERO customer service, none. These old ladies in there along with the man who is the kitchen act like they're doing you a favor. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in, when you say something and they reply it's quick and dismissive. It pissed me off when l drive 15-20min to this dump and these old people either just confirmed the order, or tell you they're closed. I don't care how good a food may be if customer service is lacking they can keep it. I drove 15min today to pick up a food for a customer. I arrived at 8:30ish pm. I entered the restaurant- before l went in l said a prayer please Yah don't let these satan disciples disturb my peace. I went in one old lady was behind the counter the other roaming around in the restaurant. The one roaming around came looked at me said nothing. I showed her the phone and told her I'm picking an order for a customer. The one behind the counter replied we are closed..... and I'm dismised. She picked up the tablet and was doing something. I remembered my prayer and walked out. I called the company to inform them. I wasted time, gas and almost my cool coming to this place. If owner/employee at a restaurant is not happy and welcoming when customers walk in. I can't even tell you what care they're putting in what they're serving you. Being hospitable, warm, welcoming is free- yet these people can't give it. They will shut down.

They are so friendly every time we come. The food is ALWAYS delicious. We usually get ox tails and jerk chicken, the ox tails are the best and we have tried jamaican food all over the U.S theirs always ranks the best for us! I can actually say the same for the jerk chicken too, 100% recommend

I walked into this restaurant for the first time and I was just standing there looking at the lady at the counter, waiting to be greeted or something. She was too busy watching the TV instead of saying anything to me. I had to ask her do you work here and are you taking orders because she never said anything to me. I thought at the least I could get a Jamaican patty but they didn't have none. The is the first and last time for me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT JAMAICAN RESTAURANT DOESN'T HAVE BEEF PATTIES?? REALLY

They lie about prices to different customers & the food a not full up to health code so overall experience was a waste I will never suggest this place after what I seen within a 15 minute window

The customer service is trash! When I say the customer service, I'm talking about the mature in age woman at the counter who takes the orders in person and by phone. I won't spend another dollar in there as long as she is the person I would have to deal with. Her disrespect is out of control. This is FAR beyond Caribbean culture or accent. She flat out disrespectful! She even talks to other staff members crazy! How unprofessional! I will travel to the the other side of town and order a dusty dollar menu chicken sandwich before I order a soda out this restaurant! There are MANY other great jamaican restaurants in the city to come PAY to eat from this establishment and be treated so bad! Annnndddddd per the reviews the customer service (the lady at the register) BEEN RUDE! This is crazy!

Not good customer service from the lady at the front desk that’s in a wheelchair..food was okay..my 1st time coming here because it was closer to my home,but won’t come back

I can’t leave a positive review as I am sitting outside the establishment and the times stated for business is not a thing as the doors are closed and lights are off. However they have people on the grill and customers coming and going due to them now being open and then you can’t call them. I was wanted to try it because I was referred but it’s been almost 30min. I really wish black establishments would do better. I heard the food was a 5 though.

Nothing special about the place or the customer service but the fresh spicy jerk chicken and a ton of rice and beans with a coke coke for 10 bucks during lunch is a great deal.
