Worst experience. Lobster spinach queso was like a soup ran off the chips all over the table and your clothes as you were trying to eat it, very watery. My son's broccoli and mashed potatoes that came with his ribs were cold. My salmon salad was great but the server snatched it away from me before I was finished. She also brought the check when I was in the middle of my meal. I did not understand why she was rushing me as the restaurant was not busy. The manager came over and said it was their policy to bring the check in the middle of the meal in case people were in a hurry. On a Sunday, WHY, so rude and unprofessional. We stopped going there 5 years ago as the quality of the food had deteriorated. Still the same no reason to go back. They have nothing to offer anymore, used to be a great place when they first opened. Too many other great places to go at the Town Center.

Had a great dinner! The deviled eggs are to die for and have inspired me to try to replicate them for holiday dinner. My drinks were delicious! We ate at the bar and the bartender took great care of us. I would highly recommend Firebirds to anyone looking for a great time.

Our first dinner here. Our waiter was great. The bread was to die for; so was the shrimp appetizer and the Caesar salad. And the mashed potatoes that came with our steaks. The steaks were good but not as good as we have experienced at other restaurants in the JAX area. The Merlot wine was also excellent and a reasonable portion too for each glass size we ordered. Bottom line: suggest more bread should be offered after the original portion has been eaten and the steaks including taste, portion, and cooking of them could have been better for the prices we paid.
great happy hour

Our waitress was wonderful. We ordered two New York strip steaks, both medium rare. One had a Caesar salad and the other a side of chili. The chili was excellent and I would order it again and the Caesar salad was very good. The New York strip was tough and had no flavor. It had a lot of sinew running through it making it stringy. My baked potato was not quite done, but I ate it anyway.

As a lone diner, hear from out of town, just wanting a decent meal for my birthday while my mom is in the hospital I walked out of four other restaurants near this one because I was invisible. They seated me immediately, had fresh warm bread and butter out to the table along with my drink within 4 minutes! I ordered the three-course meal. BLT Salad ( PHENOMENAL)
Chopped to perfection and is literally perfectly tossed with exactly the right amount of ranch dressing. Something a rose at the hospital and I have had to request that my main course (Baby Back Ribs, Loaded Baked Potato and Peit Creme Brulee Cheesecake) be packed to go. Absolutely perfectly done! My server (Bree) also included a piece of the desert for me to share at the hospital with my mother for my birthday!!
THIS IS THE PLACE to come for a PERFECT dining experience for Special Occasions and weary travelers searching for a place to be treated like a human being and in desperate need of the most Amazing Food AND Service 💯🎉🎊💯💫💫💫💫💫
5 STARS FOREVER ♾️
Service was excellent. Steaks were very good Two minor nits. They were out of bread??? And the amount of bacon in the BLT salad seems to have decreased

I wanted to express my concern regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. When I arrived, I was informed that reservations were required and was turned away. However, shortly after, another guest came in, voiced their opinion, and was seated at the very table I had requested. This experience left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the fairness and consistency of your seating policy. I would appreciate some clarification regarding this situation.
Thank you for your time and understanding.

We were seated immediately; food was great; but service was incredibly slow and the restaurant was not full. Our dinner with 3 people took 2 1/2 hours. Our waitress would disappear for extended periods of time.
Wait staff was friendly and place was nice. Food was good.

My wife and I went to celebrate Veterans Day with a good meal. This is one of our favorite restaurants and tonight we were treated to a Veterans BOGO deal which was an amazing offer. Our server Sebastian was awesome!!! He told us that they were super busy when we arrived so we knew it ahead of time. He brought us our drinks and some bread to get started. The food came out way quicker than expected for how busy they were. It was a great experience. Thank you Firebirds for honoring Veterans!
