Food is not handled with care. Employee returned from outside break and did not wash hands. Employee checks out customers at register and did not change gloves when preparing food.

Firehouse Subs offers a cool spot to grab a hearty sandwich. The subs are packed with tasty meats and cheeses, and they steam them to really bring out the flavors. The place has a firefighter theme, which adds a fun touch, and they even support local fire departments, which is pretty cool. Good food! Great value!

Ordered my subs in store as a meal they got that wrong. Then i get home and look at my subs and they got my subs both wrong and charged me for larges and got smalls waste of my time and money

Do not order delivery here there assistant manager doesn't take her job seriously or firehouse policies,any twit could do better

They messed up my sandwich after waiting 20 mins for it and then when I told them my sandwich was messed up they had an attitude and then proceeded to take another 20 mins to make my sandwich

Very busy. Had a tad of a wait. Sandwich was perfectly made and very tasty! Not much parking and seems I was there after lunch rush was still packed. But great food great service.
