Buyer beware, another industry using shrinkflation wife's sub didn't even have chicken on one side, 7 meatballs on one LG sub, this is a shame higher prices and lower portions are scams don't stand for it

Genuinely annoyed. I go in and order takeout. I order a medium turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, extra mayo, and provolone cheese. I order the combo and go and sit down ($16 btw).I get home and find that my sub is a size small. I then realize that there is no lettuce AND no cheese!!!!? Of all things how do you forget cheese? And what makes it worse is that the cashier (I think Rami?) asked me numerous times what I wanted on my sub. “I’m sorry, I forgot what you said…” “Can you repeat what cheese you wanted?”…. like you asked me multiple times what I wanted on my sub just for it to not be included… I paid $16 for? I also forgot my chips, which is my fault lol. The whole experience was just not worth it.

Well first of all we didn’t receive our whole meal and one of the subs were wrong. Me and my boyfriend been throwing up since we ate into the next day. Never eating here again.

It was kinda hard for this old gal to locate. But once I got there I was so glad I didn't give up on locating this little gem. The food was hot and fresh and prepared with care. Both the clerks were friendly and upbeat even though it was pretty close to closing time. It had taken me so long to find this particular Firehouse. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and chips. It was delicious ? I recommend everyone try it. I can only vouch for the Riverside location. The other FH's may make a mess of it?
