My first time visiting great set up. Ordered from the kiosk. Unfortunately I received a mayo based veggie sub ??Not tasty at all more mayonnaisethan vegetables. Prayfully it was due to the lunch rush? I've had better veggie subs from other Firehouse locations here in Jacksonville. Not pleased at all

Went for a weekday pickup lunch. Since it was before noon the place only had one customer. We were able to order right away. The cashier was not mean or surly at all, just seemed weary already. Anyways, our order was prepared correctly and the subs assembled thoughtfully and properly, which is important because I don’t care for it when my food order is slapped together haphazardly. They did not skimp on the ingredients and the produce was fine. Although we didn’t eat in the dining room was clean and it looked like the drink station was kept up. Overall we had a good experience.

I ordered a turkey and provolone and asked for no pickle and no onions. Also, I asked to have a light amount of mayonnaise on my sandwich. I had a pickle, onions and lots of mayonnaise. I forgot to add my rewards because I was trying to get my order straight. All I could taste was the things that I didn't want on my sandwich. I took my sandwich to go and didn't notice it until I got home.There was a sticker on the wrapper for a survey and you could get a coupon for a free sandwich if you purchased an item. Once I completed the survey, I received an expired coupon.

Another day of me waiting for my refund after spending hours trying to get it back and never hearing from you guys. This is an order I cancelled immediately in the app. Yes I have DM'd you, left reviews, filled out forms, called corporate, called the branch, email ect a million times.....

I made a mistake by ordering at the wrong San Jose location, apparently there’s a new second location on San Jose that just opened up and I was unaware. I called the location I mistakenly ordered at and they said the store I was intending to order from will honor my order but they did not until 2 managers, one being the regional manager told them to make it. When I went in to get my order the manager, Melissa Reyes, was very rude to me saying to double check my location of order next time so these things don’t happen, the tone and facial expressions were really over the top. It was at that moment I knew I would never spend with firehouse again. I actually work in the same plaza and we have firehouse cater the office a couple times a year, never again.

They don't even know their own address/Location. Please don't place an online order. First they'll tell you you didn't place an order, then they'll gaslight you and tell you you ordered elsewhere despite the building number being in the door and the receipt in the app.
