Absolutely the best experience ever at a Firehouse Subs location today. Went in with the 2 for $20 combo in mind. Kelly, the manager, said it was an online purchase only. No worries though. She takes my phone and firehouse app, goes through and places our order for us. I pay with my credit card in the app. The order spits out and she is standing at the counter when my order prints out. 5-7mins later we are waiting in the restaurant ! Kelly and her staff were absolutely amazing....

Food was hot and fresh! But our favorite was the friendliness of the staff. The two young men who served us were very accommodating- they assisted us and made sure our meals were correct.
The new fries were crispy and delicious!
Sitting area was clean and parking for evening was easy.

I've been to many Firehouse Subs and even remember going to the original on San Jose Blvd with my dad when I was kid. Some locations are very good and some are subpar but this location knocks it out of the park each time I go. I've been helped by so many great employees there like Kelly, Demorie, Rhyne, and Kevin. They have all been great like even my random southern boy sweet tea verification questions (yes it's fresh. delicious. and real sugar) And also I like...
