I've been to many Firehouse Subs and even remember going to the original on San Jose Blvd with my dad when I was kid. Some locations are very good and some are subpar but this location knocks it out of the park each time I go. I've been helped by so many great employees there like Kelly, Demorie, Rhyne, and Kevin. I used my points but system sucks on corporate end as they make you buy at least one thing to use points. I have a lot of points built up from years of purchases dang don’t make us buy a drink or chips to use points defeats rewards purpose. Got large and medium sub. Was a bit frustrating using kiosk when redeeming points. Staff was kind but I could see they were busy and it was later in night so we made our way through order system.
