Great staff of young adults. The entire staff was friendly, kind and efficient. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The subs were the best we have ever had from ANY Firehouse subs. We will be back.
Ordered from the Oakleaf location 4/4 thru Uber Eats. Driver took 20 mins on a 10 min delivery. Food arrived missing ingredients after store closed. Contacted store and they confirmed to remake 4/5. Came in for remake, young lady remembered speaking to me then, confirmed order. Was waiting for restroom, lady also waiting used men's. Went to the restroom and came out. Whoever made my sandwich this morning knocked it out of the park. One of, if not the, best firehouse subs I’ve ever had. Ordered delivery from Kingsley a couple weeks ago and it absolutely sucked, will exclusively use Oakleaf going forward because it was that good. Thank you to whoever made my New York steamer today around 11:20! I tried to call so I could tell you this but I know yall are busy with the lunch rush so please just know I appreciate you and you’re awesome!!
