First time here and absolutely loved their sandwiches. My husband got the pepperoni pizza meatball sub and I got the club on a sub with garlic butter. We both fully enjoyed our own and each others. Love the sweet tea and especially their sparkling cherry limeade. Cookies were delicious, I would definitely get them again with my meal- love the double chocolate. Service was kind and welcoming. Sandwiches were made well and hit the spot.
Great staff of young adults. The entire staff was friendly, kind and efficient. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The subs were the best we have ever had from ANY Firehouse subs. We will be back.
Ordered from the Oakleaf location 4/4 thru Uber Eats. Driver took 20 mins on a 10 min delivery. Food arrived missing ingredients after store closed. Contacted store and they confirmed to remake 4/5. Came in for remake, young lady remembered speaking to me then, confirmed order. Was waiting for restroom, lady also waiting used men's. Went to the restroom and came out. Noticed orders taken after me at the register were prepared and sent to guest. When I spoke up about my remake...
