Ordered 10 wings and carrots online. It said 11 to 16 minute wait. I go in and there is 4 employees 1 scrubbing an oil pan in the back and doing dishes busting his butt, one lady walking around sporadically. 1 kid preparing all the food. The girl who was greeting people proceeded to go sit in the corner on an office chair rather than help get orders together.... took entirely too long for a small order. Maybe this new place has been having some "growing pains" but I just gave them a try and was delighted with both the service and food quality. Tried both boneless and regular wings and all were delicious! Small shop with takeout only. Food was ready on time and still hot when I returned home. Feed 5 of us and all were happy with the choices! The fries were delicious and the leftovers reheated nicely in the air fryer the following day!

The manager handled a crazy, lying, irrate woman with exceptional calmness, patience, and desire to help even though she was incredibly rude to the whole staff. I witnessed this crazy woman come in after her daughter while I patiently waited for my food order, which was timely. Kudos to the dude for handling himself so professionally and not matching her negative psycho energy!
