I live quite off the beaten path, so when our dasher delivered our food to someone else's house, we weren't too upset... but my goodness were we hungry. I called the store and the manager instantly replaced our order. The food that arrived was hot, fresh, and made prefect to order! Thank you so much for excellent service all around!
We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza which was actually excellent, however we ordered boneless honey chipotle wings and they came dry with no sauce at all. I called and complained and they sent a new order of wings but it was like someone just took a squirt bottle and drizzled bbq sauce all over them. Mind you, this was the second time we got unsauced wings from Papa Johns. We didn't complain the first time but wouldn't let it go again.. they still didn't get it right.We won't...read full review

Honestly, I’m surprised at all the bad reviews. I come here often and have never had a bad experience. Not to mention, they always have my order ready literally in less than 15 minutes and I don’t recall it ever being bad or incorrect. The employees are nice. My fave fast pizza place!
