It took 10 minutes to get my sub. Glad the manager was just staring at his employees and wouldn’t get his own hands dirty. Terrible leadership. I felt so bad for those employees giving their blood, sweat, and tears for the customer while the manager was “too good” to help them take care of the customers.
Food was very good and the team working was very friendly. You could tell they were struggling to keep up. Too bad they don’t teach servant leadership...

While flying out of JAX early in the morning, I came here for a breakfast sandwich. They have several to choose from, as well as their normal menu and everything looked and smelled very appealing. I opted for the pastrami breakfast sandwich, which is a smaller sub roll with pastrami and egg on it. The sandwich was really tasty and piping hot. The service was friendly too. Pricing wasn’t bad, considering it’s an airport.
