Average lunch today. The service was pretty fast for the amount of people that were in line. I heard at least four different people who were upset with something wrong with their orders. Food given to the wrong people, one guy upset that onions were on his sub and a couple of Rachel's trying to figure out which one's order was up. All of the tea containers were missing their lids and there weren't any lemon or lime wedges out. My sub had way too much onion on it...

We visited this location while on vacation and the manager and staff were super friendly! The manager helped us getting our pickup order fast & the restaurant was very clean. Definitely recommend this location! 10/10

I've never been in a Firehouse that wasn't great, and this location continues the greatest. I love a organization that training it's staff in excellent customer service.
