Last year I ordered a sub online. When I got to the store they told me it wasn't available. I got into a verbal altercation with Dee but the manager and area manager helped resolve it.

Today I went there for my same order. There was not double meat. I approach the manager Cristal who agreed the sandwich was not right. She proceeded to remake the sandwiches.

Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. They also give back some to the firefighters. We had no issues but there was a woman there that was and the staff was being very patient and caring and made her happy with a good outcome.

Parking: Today they handled out family of four order with ease. They were very helpful with my takeout order on Super Bowl Sunday.

DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRICING ON GLUTEN FREE SANDWICHES. First of all I'm glad that they have a gluten free option, however you will be charged the price of a medium size sub plus an up charge of $2.50 to make it GF. You will receive a delicious yet smallish sub for approx $12.50. The staff here are very nice to ad to the delightful sandwich.
