Good place!

Friendly staff Everytime I've been there but the past 3 online orders I've made have either been incomplete or wrong sandwiches. This last visit I feel I should have expected as much after a coworker of mine went on his lunch break and this location wouldn't accommodate his order when he asked to swap the turkey in a turkey bacon with chicken. Most likely will not be coming back.

Carl! He made my entire night! My daughter loves the pickles here and I had a mobile order. When I walked in I asked for a couple pickles to take home to my daughter who loves them. He hooked me up with about 5 of them and honestly made my night. Now I’m gonna go home, watch Netflix and be super dad because of you Carl! This man needs a raise. It’s the little things! Firehouse subs give this man a raise!

Anthony and his crew are awesome. I've never experienced a problem at this location. The staff are always professional, the location is neat and clean, and it seems they really care about their customers. In addition, it seems the staff has a number of repeat customers that will utilize this location above others, I sure do. Please let Anthony know his efforts are not in vain.

Every time I order delivery from here, the sandwich is made wrong or missing my side items (chips, salad, drinks, etc.) They've pretty consistently only served me soggy, unappetizing sandwiches. I love Firehouse and I'd avoid this location if I could but it's the closest to me and I don't have a car, so delivery defaults to here.

This was worse experience we have ever had at Firehouse, No mayo or mustard on both sandwich's, also two homeless people at the Front Door and would not take the word NO!!!!!
