Today on my lunch break I found a piece of something in my Sandwich it almost broke my tooth 😡😡 so I have taken pictures and all so I have call to speak to someone like 5 times no one answer the phone so I'm trashing it and I will be there tomorrow to speak with a manager for a replacement meal

I ordered through Uber eats the the food was spectacular it was hot it was prepared nicely with a lot of care in it I have ordered from another location here in Jacksonville but this store here will be my number one pick to order from again absolutely awesome

Rudest bunch of people. No greeting, even though I said hi when I walked in. When he handed me my sandwich, nothing was said. I said , with him looking right at me, "Have a good evening." He blatantly ignored me and walked away.

Not good at all. What a mess. I've eaten at a lot of firehouses and this is the worst. No greeting from register just a blank stare. Food was bad and sloppy. Sandwich maker didn't give two flips about what she was doing. Find some people who care to work this location.

Went to this location this past weekend and I have to say whoever was working on the early afternoon shift….you guys are KILLIN’ IT! Everything was fresh, meat was loaded, and veggies were fresh. By far one of the best locations I’ve been to. Great work guys.

I have enjoyed all the firehouse freshly made sandwiches everytime. Especially the meatball sub.. (spicy).. I have nothing but good things to say about the normandy location.. serv,,food,, cleanliness,, fast serv. Everyone must try this location. :)
