Firehouse Subs Normandy

Anthony and his crew are awesome. I've never experienced a problem at this location. The staff are always professional, the location is neat and clean, and it seems they really care about their customers. In addition, it seems the staff has a number of repeat customers that will utilize this location above others, I sure do. Please let Anthony know his efforts are not in vain.

Every time I order delivery from here, the sandwich is made wrong or missing my side items (chips, salad, drinks, etc.) They've pretty consistently only served me soggy, unappetizing sandwiches. I love Firehouse and I'd avoid this location if I could but it's the closest to me and I don't have a car, so delivery defaults to here.

This was worse experience we have ever had at Firehouse, No mayo or mustard on both sandwich's, also two homeless people at the Front Door and would not take the word NO!!!!!

Wasn't a bad experience service was awesome. They did forget to some things but made up for it, but one of the sandwiches was soggy maybe less handling of the oil and vinegar. Overall not bad

3 subs was order online was made completely wrong missing items no double meat they put on them onion and lettuce on 2 subs 1 sub was soaked in juice and lettuce was supposed to be added on was not i called the store on normandy blvd to complain and basically was told by manager that they would not give me number to the corporate office and the manager sajuna put me on speaker phone for the whole inside of the store to hear the conversation to complain about the store and I should contact Uber eats for a refund due to the normandy firehouse subs can not make the order right
