I ordered through the app right at a peak dinner rush around 7:30. These guys were hustling and moving, but they still gave a smile to each customer, even if they didn’t smile back in return. Great job crew! And the burgers and fries never disappoint.

Come here frequently usually the service is good but tonight fries wasn’t fresh asked one worker in the back to make new ones he didn’t seem Concerned talked with manager he said he would resolve and still took about 10 minutes to get fresh fries family was done eating before we got new fries

When I walked in the door, they said hello glad you came in. I was like thank you. They took my order right away with a smile on their face. They were also friendly. I thought I was on hidden camera somewhere and somebody was pull prank me I mean they were really happy to see me there. They were happy to make you a hot fresh meal. I came in about 830 pm at night no problem. I can’t say nothing but good things about this place and everybody that worked they tried to sell me a milkshake which I thought that was great, but the best thing they told me, thank you for coming in and they appreciate my business with a smile on their face that made me feel really good. Keep up the great job. Tell everybody I said thank you i’ve never have been in such a place that was so nice to eat lately since Covid hit. I can’t say nothing but good things about this place.

Placed my order at 6:45. They had skipped past my order (#81) a few times. After being patient, I decided to ask what happened to order #81, they had made it to #86. The guy looks through the orders then says, “we’ll re-make your order.” By this time, I’ve already waited over 20 minutes. My assumption is they packed my order in another order that was picked up by Uber or DoorDash. Finally got my food at 7:18, all the guy could say was, “sorry about that ma’am.” On my way out, the guy who had order #86 and had also picked up a delivery order was returning. I wonder why. This was a horrible experience as it relates to service. Two stars for bad service, my burger was good, but my fries were extremely salty!

Burgers are still good, for the most part - I think they were better in the past, though I can't quite put my finger on what's different.
Service was rather slow even though they didn't appear to be very busy.
It is still overpriced for what it is. The only reason we returned was because Upside offered 25% off. If they dont come through with the discount we won't go back.

Not really a burger girl but so I got grilled cheese and for some reason it was on a burger bun turned on the other side and grilled. Can you say horrible!!! The bread to cheese ratio was 90/10. But on a good note the staff was great.
