I normally don't leave reviews, but TONIGHT I had to. I placed an online order for pickup. I ordered 2 little bacon cheeseburgers, bacon wrapped hotdog, large Cajun fry and a regular fry. We looked in the regular fry bag and it's this teeny tiny cup of fries with literally 10 fries in the cup and no fries in the bag for almost $7. The bacon was BURNT to a crisp on the burgers and wrapped hotdog. One burger was literally in pieces we thought it was half of a patty. I called and spoke to the sweetest lady her name was Ren, she apologized for the way my husband was treated when he went to get the food and how our food was presented to us. Ren had amazing customer service! She even told me that the General Manager would be reaching back out regarding this issue. When this location first opened up it was well worth the $40-50 you'll be spending. However this time put a really bad taste in my mouth and I can't say I would patronize this establishment again.

Ordered a burger and fries. Fries were cold, burger bun was super soggy and squished inside the wrapper. Bacon was little pieces here and there, not even full slices. It didn't look or taste like a $15 burger.

My cup runneth over with fries... literally!!!! A little cheeseburger, which is actually decently large, fully loaded. A small fries is about the equivalent of 4 large McDonald's fries.I love that 5 guys still has the peanuts to grab and eat. 5 guys delivers one of the best burgers in the fast casual market. At this location, you'll find great service. On this particular meal I ordered through Uber Eats. Service was prompt and everything I needed was provided. My cup o fries was accompanied by about 4 times the cup in the bag. A traditional 5 guys maneuver.I've been in the location as well and the restrooms are always clean. The dining area is always clean. And the location is handicap accessible and close to tons of retail shopping.

Totally understandable to be busy, especially a place that's almost always on point, the past few times every burger we've ordered has been wrong in some way or another. Employees are great, but for the price to eat here I'd definitely say they should be a bit better at getting orders correct. This last time was hands down the worst experience yet.
