First time at this specific location and I was really blown away. I came right at opening time after doing some shopping. Sometimes when you show up somewhere right at open time people can be annoyed but the entire team greeted my husband and I and were super friendly. Casual restaurant with peanuts while you wait. Food is made fresh including fresh French fries made on premise. I enjoyed it but I was surprised the hamburger wasn't more tasty. It was good though. The fries were good. A little high priced but I understand because ingredients are all fresh.
I had a great experience tonight at the Roosevelt location. I tried several times to complete an on line order. Gave up and called and got Don on the line. He apologized and was so helpful placing the order for me. The food was hot and ready when I picked it up. My husbands cheeseburger was huge and delicious. The fries were hot and just right.
