Based on the reviews, Chicken Salad Chick is a restaurant with excellent food and a great atmosphere. The customer service is friendly and prompt, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure customers have everything they need. The jalapeño pimento cheese BLT and Barbie Q chicken salad are favorites, and the broccoli salad is a staple. The food is very delicious, and there is not one bad flavor. However, some customers have noticed shrinkflation. The broccoli salad and grape salad cups are now only halfway filled, and the turkey sandwich has gone from two thick slices of turkey to a single, thinner one. Portions are very stingy for the price. Also, one customer with a gluten allergy was frustrated when their dish came with crackers and cookies despite asking for nothing with gluten.
