The decor and vibes transport visitors to Puerto Rico, with a variety of empanadas available. The beef empanada was so good that it almost didn't make it home, especially when paired with the delicious sauces provided. The pork bites plate was tasty, although the rice lacked flavor, and the salad wilted quickly due to the heat. The Cubano sandwich was huge and delicious, even when eaten cold. Customers often receive quick seating, appetizers, and good drinks, with a lively atmosphere and clean bathrooms. The menu is in Spanish with English translations available, offering plenty of food options. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming, working hard to create a beautiful environment. However, some experiences included long waits, with one customer waiting two hours for their food, and service not always updating guests or offering water. Despite these issues, the food is flavorful and well-plated, with dishes like the Steak and Shrimp (Churasco) sandwich and Shrimp Mofongo highly recommended. The restaurant's effort in design and the great food make Flavorikan a place worth visiting again and again.
