Just placed a dinner to go order here for the 2 meats/2 sides option and boy do I regret it! Both side salads had lettuce that was rotten and discolored, meat was extremely dry and the mashed potatoes were quite tasteless and had a couple of peas, why? I have no idea other than food crossing in the kitchen. I truly think I got old food from the lunch session or the previous day. I have ordered to go from other Brazilian steakhouses that was hot, fresh and tasty but not from here. Service was below average. I had to initiate a hello from 3, THREE hostesses. I had placed the order 30-45 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant for pick up and had to wait as I was told it wasn't ready. I was given 25 minutes as the pick up time. When I asked the hostess why there was a delay, she answered while smiling as big as could be, "Oh I don't know!" OMG, well then who would know?!!Overall horrible food and below par customer service. Will never be back here in person or for to-go orders. See attached pictures, the salads were first in the trash and the rest followed. Only edible and tasty food were the cheesy biscuits. No bueno!

We came for brunch on Sunday. The service was immaculate. I ordered the Market Table which included the made to order omelettes, waffles, soups, salads and a variety of meats, cheeses and fruits. I loved the variety but the dishes were greatly lacking in flavor, which was very disappointing. I was expecting more flavor in the soups and salads. My husband got the Churrasco Experience. He enjoyed it for the most part. Unfortunately, some of the meats were dried out and unappetizing. It was disappointing for him. He had been looking forward to the experience.

Visited from Vermont with family for a UNF post graduation, and FOGO DE CHAO was where we were recommended to go. We made an afternoon reservation and didn't have to wait at all even though we were 15 minutes early.The four of us ordered the popular salad/hot bar and meats option, instead of the ala cart. The salad bar was fantastic. The best.Various side dishes would be brought around and offered up along with the delicious mouth watering cuts of steaks. I've never been to a place like this and each item was amazing and tasted great.Service was perfect and individual requests were remembered and taken care of. Things like asking for another order of something or requesting a specific type of meat/temp.Highly recommend would come again.FOGO DE CHAO Comped us a piece of cake for the graduate.Very thoughtful! 10/10 110% satisfied.

The salad bar is amazing and their meeting room space is perfect for any type of corporate event. Talk to Hilary if you have any Upcoming events, she makes it seamless and easy!
Wow - this place is AMAZING! I have been here several times as a regular diner and loved the food and service. Recently I worked with Hilary Williams on a program in one of their banquet rooms and was blown away at her attention to detail and level of professionalism she and her team possess. Will totally do this again - it was so easy, and my group LOVED the entire experience - worth every penny!
Sat down for lunch at the bar this week and was not disappointed. Who knew Fogo had a perfectly affordable happy hour and lunch menu that you can enjoy comfortably from the high top bar? I ordered the burger (pictured) with their “saucy legs” and empanadas. All delicious. I will definitely be coming back for lunch, and dinner soon after!

This was the second time around, and it was even better than the first. We had 3:30 pm. reservations, but they sat us 20 minutes early. As usual, we got the total experience meals, and my birthday girl loved it once again. We had to walk the food around the Town Center, lol. Thanks for making her birthday even more specialKid-friendliness: This very kid friendly, the kids loved when it was their turn to select the meats as they came around.
I hosted a private graduation party for 16. We had great service by Debra. She was extremely attentive, professional, and polite. The food was delicious. The table side carvings, made for a fun experience all around. Recommend for a nice dinner out or hosting a party.
