Multiple vegan protein options. Jackfruit nuggets satisfy the fried food/nugget craving. Highlight was the lime curry with tofu. Delicious! Kanpai noodles were very good too with some spice.

I've eating here several times, the atmosphere is OK. Alot of idol worshipping on the walls in the decor the food is good for the most part not extraordinarily or under par just averagely good. But if you order the curry I'll let you know the curry comes on top of the rice in a cardboard container so ask for your curry in the side or you'll just end up with a version of curry fried rice with way more rice than curry.

Enjoy!

Food is made from scratch and everything I had I liked. Their (vegan) popcorn chicken is much like the binge food it's sized similar to. With the three people that I went with only one didn't like it, and the rest of us didn't allow most of it to last before our main courses came. The curry I had with the popcorn chicken as protein, however I believe that went against the experience as I had the same (pretty good) taste from both the appetizer and curry, leaving me slightly bored. The curry itself was alright, however having chosen a non-refillable prepackaged drink with a 2/5 spice curry, I couldn't finish it there and took about a third of it home. I am truly sorry for not being cultured. One review on here mentioned it being overly salted, however I didn't feel that way at all about mine. Although my salt intake may be more than theirs. Beverage choice is a little limited for in house drinks. Most of the choices for them on their menu are put into a vague group and you have to ask the server what they have available. Which is unfriendly to people who are terrified of talking to strangers. The most egregious example being "everything else", which I still don't know exactly what they mean by that. Their interior is nice overall and has plenty of decorations that my spice tolerance reflects my knowledge of, but it seems asiany to me I think maybe. Celebration of color flag located inside. Even though they don't have desserts on the menu currently, they let us bring in our own and the server was nice enough to put what we brought in THEIR fridge, and remembered to take it out soon before we were leaving.

Beautiful and aesthetic restaurant and decent staff. As a fellow Indian and south Asian, I will say that a lot of these “fusion” or experimental kitchens need to make it clear that the food is Asian inspired but from the website, it sounds more like someone who travelled and collected stamps across Asia, chutney tasted a bit and decided to bring the food to an increasingly gentrified area of town.

Let’s start off with the curries - first off, curries are not just filled with spice. They are flavorful and encompass a depth. I decided to try your food thinking that the same depth of flavor will be there but apparently it’s more catered to non-Asian palettes. I am a fan of fusion of flavors of food but unless we keep the integrity of the dishes without overpowering them with spiciness, it’s more culturally appropriated than culturally inspired or appreciated. Make a chicken korma that actually is authentic over fries in the form of poutine. Make the samosas with a balance of sweet, savory and a hint of spice and then use a non-Asian dressing to make it more of a fusion food.

And re-brand your website to reflect that by emphasizing “Asian inspired” than focusing only on alternative diets. Indian food, for the most part, is naturally gluten free (unless you are trying rotis or chappatis).

It's hard to put into words what a disappointment this was. $70 worth of food went straight into the trash. Curry, rice and noodle dishes. Tried it all. It was so bad. It pains me to waste food but I couldn't even give it away. Maybe an off night to be fair but I won't be back to find out.
