Ordering process needs to be explained to customers. After sitting for twenty minutes waiting to have my order taken, I ended up having to look through the reviews to find out you write your order on paper and they take that. Food itself was fine, not great just fine. As a first time customer, it didn’t give a good impression and I will not be going back.

It honestly depends on when you go. I've never had what I'd call friendly service there but it was always efficient enough. If it's not during a peak time, it'll be fine. If it is - for me it has been a trial in patience and just an understanding that something won't make it to the table. Drinks will not be refilled. You'll ask for wasabi, a lemon wedge, ginger or something else and it'll never come. If you can accept that, then go. If not - Slide on over to the Fuji Sushi off of Beach Blvd. The service has always been good there. It's a bit of a drive and the location isn't really walkable after in the same way San Marco is but worth going out of the way.

Good place for team (work group) lunch. Good food. You won’t leave hungry. Only thing missing, they have no desserts.

We went to Fuji Sushi two days ago. The cream cheese was spoiled, and the salmon tasted strange. When we politely told the waitress the woman with fair skin she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening or apologizing, she accused us of lying, dismissed our concern, and brought the check right away as if to force us out. Her attitude completely ruined our experience.

Awful service! They are too busy socializing to actually tend to the customers. Food is served on plastic plates and place smells funky and tables were dirty!

Be prepared for a wait if you plan on going during the weekend. Place is small but the food is good. AYCE sushi. The service is just ok as they can be a bit aggressive due to being busy with the tempo of the restaurant.

I went for my birthday dinner, called to give them a head up 2 days before since they don’t take reservations. I had 10 others with me 2 (kids that didn’t eat) and everyone got their food and finished before i even got my plate. my drink was never filled and neither was anyone’s in my table unless we asked. I feel like if I’m paying $30 for a meal I would get decent service. I also ordered more which never came and I didn’t want to make my party wait for me. Highly disappointed.
this isn’t my first time going and i got my food last and left without getting my full moneys worth! wouldn’t go with a party bigger than 4-5 they struggle if there is more.

I really love eating here but the staff are so rude and every time I do delivery for Uber eats here they are incredibly disrespectful to the drivers. I watched 2 women completely ignore me and another driver as we were waiting for over 20 minutes for the food. The staff need to be retrained.

I went alone and sat at the sushi bar for the all you can eat sushi special ($15.99 M-Sa 11-330). The place was busy but the staff was quick and efficient in getting me seated as well as the food arriving quickly. The sushi bar in particular is very fast. My only wish is for there to be more raw sushi roll options that are gluten and dairy free.

I love the food here and the service is usually very quick. Even after spending about 15 minutes looking for parking, we still had a nice lunch date and got back within just over an hour.

I find the basic all you can eat dinner to be the best choice, and they help put in another ticket as you finish your current plates.
I enjoy focusing on the yummy seafood protein they know how to cook well and greens they season differently. They make a great unique, flavorful slightly spicy sauced crabmeat salad that includes cucumber. They do a great job on their salmon hibachi as it is cooked well with lots of flavor and it may have sauce on it. The edamame is cooked well with seasoning. The green salad has a nice ginger dressing. I put in a second ticket for the salmon.
I sometimes order another crabmeat salad. For more food, the plain noodle is a nice filling. The rock n roll sushi is also filling. The gyoza dumplings are fine. It can be nice to end eating a small amount of their blue bell chocolate or vanilla ice cream.
