I went through the drive thru today ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps and there was live roaches wrapped in my wraps!!!!!!!Do not eat here!When I called the store the manager said she don’t know where they come from BUT I do. Out that store! The roaches was wrapped in the wraps! Disgusted. Still vomiting

I ordered through the drive through a very simple order. Two steak biscuits, two cinnamon rolls and small hash rounds. Needless to say my ticket reflects my order (DT#141) Busch Drive location in Jacksonville but my hash rounds were left out but paid for in full. After less than 15 minutes after leaving I attempted to contact the store with the listed number on the receipt only to get a fax tone. Fix your problems and ensure that the paying customer receives what was paid for.
