This is the second time that they have refused to make a breakfast biscuit with the folded egg instead of the fried egg. Some employees will make the switch with no problem. Management needs to make sure all employees are on the same page.
By the way, whoever had the bright idea to change the entire breakfast menu to fried eggs , bad call!
I don't really comment on my experiences but I have to tonight. My family and I went to this restaurant for dinner. We went through the drive thru which by the way was the beginning of the mess because the girl seemed so distracted. We get to the window and the girl forgot to charge us for a drink. So my husband tells her we wanted 3 strawberry lemonades. She tell us hold on and shuts the window as if she was frustrated. She then comes back and says her manager won't allow us...read full review
