Hibachi Time Food Truck

This has been my favorite once a week treat but the last several times it’s been a disappointment. I always order extra chicken extra veggies. It’s an extra $10 for it. The first time i complained they made it right and said it was a training issue. I guess extra veggies is just extra carrots. I got the same amount of chicken as my daughter who didn’t get extra. I guess my weekly treat will have to be somewhere else.

Treated myself to the lobster meal tonight. Hands down best lobster I’ve probably ever had. 10/10. Try it if you’re able!!!

Customer service is terrible, long wait with very few people in line. Will take your order then wait till after you pay to say the long wait time.

Hibachi time llc has great food and taste. He's professional in what he do. Just be patient because good food takes time. For those of you who are confused 93 hibachi and hibachi time llc are two totally different businesses get it right people. If by any chance you see a review about a group of guys serving hibachi who only concern is social media and not service, then that business is 93 hibachi who only work from 8pm until whenever they decide to close. I'll add pictures as I go.

Really great group of guys with amazing food. Best hibachi I’ve had in Jacksonville. I’ll be a customer for a long time. Worth the wait and worth the price.

They never open on time on purpose so a line can build up and they can take a picture. Normally the dark skinned dude with dreads are taking the pics and videos instead of getting orders together. Seems like they care more about public image instead of service

Trash customer service. Not ready to open at 8 like advertised. To busy coming out the strip club 2 minutes before opening. It's nothing worse than a business that don't value their customers. I wouldn't buy anything from here again

I have heard have read amazing reviews. Your customer base appreciates the food quality and consideration of their time. Customers enjoy the quality of your products and your commitment to opening on time. Customers enjoy patronizing this business and feeling valued by honoring their time. One customer even brought a chair to sit on while waiting for the truck to open. Unfortunately, after waiting 15 minutes after the 8pm start time, in the dark, while being a mosquito treat, I took my business elsewhere. I will try again with hopes of a more favorable outcome.👍🏽 #timeisValuable
