This is the third time that we leave this location because our drinks never arrived, the waitress was too busy talking to the Hostess even when we waved at her so we could order our food...25min...I could see our drinks sitting there on a tray waiting....we ended leaving again and they didn't even notice...never again

Throughout my meal, Ally was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring my drink was always full and that I had everything I needed. Her friendly demeanor and quick service made the dining experience truly enjoyable.

I was a Hooters girl when it was awesome. We still love the food. However, I see why they're all going out of business. EVERY SINGLE VISIT- order is wrong one way or another. The one to go order we got all the way home to realize it was wrong. We're missing quantities or wrong sauce etc. Just seems like no attention to detail and no attempt to correct it despite the few times we've brought it to their or mgmt attention. It's just done really downhill and ain't what it used to be sadly.
This location in particular, the last couple years management doesn't care and the staff doesn't care.

I would give zero stars if possible. Hands down one of the worst experiences of my life at a restaurant. My lunch break turned in to 2 hours at an extremely non busy restaurant. Messed my order up in multiple occasions followed by waiting over 30 plus minutes for a drink. Not one manager in sight. I won’t be back. Horrible experience
I remember I went there a few times with my dad and I do enjoy the pool table there cause I play pool but the food is good and I also know that all the girls and cooks do a great job there and hopefully visit time to time once I get a car I promise!

Asked for pretzel sliders, waited to then be told they don’t have sliders. No free refills. :( The atmosphere felt depriving, I get it’s a holiday but just felt off. Wings weren’t to expectation. Would not recommend this place as a mainstream but more of a gimmick.

I came here to watch NFL football on Sunday and had a great time with Nour. Nour is one of the prettiest Hooters girls of all time and Jacksonville is lucky to have her. Hopefully, she ends up on a future Hooters calendar. The Philly cheesesteak was hot and fresh AF and really good. Nour ensured my beers were never empty and provided great service throughout the game by asking if I needed anything.
It was slowish tonight. But everything was fine. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Hooters original wings are still the best. Alexis was good behind the bar.
