“Jamese did an amazing job. Although I was initially upset about the wait time for my food, Jamese apologized and kept me informed. She double-checked each order and expressed gratitude for my patience. Considering the restaurant was busy and understaffed, Jamese handled everything efficiently, taking orders, packaging, and delivering. Her efforts, along with the other staff, were impressive.“

“Until the last couple visits, things were fine. I don't know if it's new management or what, but sandwiches were horrible. Not even close to the items that were supposed to be on the sandwiches, no cheese, and very little meat. Big change from the way they used to be. This is for the location on Beville Road in Daytona Beach.“

“As someone traveling out of town for work and on a time crunch.. this place was closest to me at the time. So they didn’t have any drinks or Ice available which is absurd for a restaurant which would explain all the upset customers, however the cashier Jamey or jameise I think was her name.. she handled her very professional. She is the only reason i give this place 5 stars. She made sure my food was correct and that i had everything I needed.“

“Great burgers, with vegetarian patty available as an option for any item. Cuatomize wach burger however you like, at the self serve kiosks or at the front. The shakes are delicious, best in town. French fries are crispy, as are the onion rings, but a little bland. We ate with 2 adults and a 10yo, with a burger and shake each, fries and onion rings to share, and two sodas for about 65.00 Imo, that is expensive for this type of food, but- par for the course in this area.“

“I have never had a good experience at a five guys restaurant before. From the food being prepared bad, to a location forgetting to put meat on my to go hamburger, I’ve just despised this franchise. However, this time I have a different opinion. My girlfriend was hungry and wanted to get fries and a shake. I decided to get something as well. The food was very flavorful and the fries were cooked and seasoned to what I would consider perfection. I still feel it is very overpriced but this location ran things smoothly and took care with the cooking of the burgers and fries . Well done.“
