Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders - Jacksonville (Mandarin)

Their chicken was lite and crispy, and the fries were lightly seasoned with salt/ pepper and some was not too crunchy just right, yet half was too hard. Their house sauce & hot sauce was tasty together. The price was reasonable for the food, but the drink could have been a little bigger, but then again you can refill it. The atmosphere is comfy, however hard chairs ( both counter high and table height) do don't get too comfortable. Staff were great, very patient and they gave nice suggestions!!!

Everything is delicious!! I'm from Atlanta and that was my first time eating there.

When I first tried this place it was awesome . I’m no fan of zaxbys. So this was a great alternative. However today I was upset as my tenders were very small and soggy and almost seems old. My son said the bar b que tasted different today. And we know their bar b Que is different than original styles of bar b que . I did go thru drive thru for first time today so maybe that’s it . We got sick on our last trip here . So I’m pretty upset and baffled about this visit. Pic is the largest tender we recieved and my son’s bar b que . His fries lacked any crunch to them as well.

I do appreciate that this restaurant is usually very clean and staff is usually very polite .

been coming for 3 years it’s always been great, both of my salon locations come often! however today they forgot the sauce for 2/3 of my orders and i totally understood, so i pulled back to the window & they instantly got aggressive questioning my integrity… disappointing , uncomfortable & i would’ve snapped if it wasn’t the Lords day - a Sunday.
