I ordered 4 piece wings all flats and fries, it tasted perfect but after about a hour after eating I had severe diarrhea. Be careful eating at this place because I got really sick, and will not be eating here again.

I got the chicken sandwich with mac n cheese. The mac was so creamy and flavorful! The comeback sauce that came with the sandwich was delicious. And the portion sizes were really good! Overall, great place.

Great place for food and a welcoming staff. Lydia greeted me as soon as I walked in today and made sure my order was exactly as I wanted it. I’ve eaten here many times and never been disappointed in the food or the courtesy of the staff. If you are looking for hot chicken and great service, Bold Birds is the go to restaurant.

If your looking for good service this is not the place. Lazy employees. Lidia to be exact has no business working in customer service. If you call they will forget you on hold if your in person your food will take forever if you need a fork Lidia will take 8 minutes to get you one. It sucks because the food is Decent but customer service is trashhhhhhhh!!!!!! Good Luck Bold Birds can’t wait to see the new establishment here in 2 year after you go out of business due to terribly employees. It’s a shame

I think this is the best hot chicken I’ve had. Even better than in Nashville and I’ve tried a few places there. Got the Mimi’s hot chicken sandwich with the jalapeño pimento cheese. Seriously so good

The spice was there but the flavor was mid, the sauces were mid, and the banana pudding is so small for the price. I also ordered coleslaw, but I guess she didn't hear me when ordering so she didn't ring it up and I didn't check until I got home. I don't think I'll be back. Service was nice though!

I had to come on here and provide my praise to Bold Birds. I have been coming to this location for 5 years, usually dine-in.

I had an Uber Eats Order, called to make sure they didn’t put bacon on my dish (we don’t’ eat pork: one for religion, one allergic). I love cheese fries, their cheese sauce is phenomenal.

I spoke with a gentlemen, he said he would inform the kitchen, “no bacon on my order.” I received my order, both covered in bacon. I reached out to Uber Eats, to no avail.

This morning, a gentleman calls me to refund my order. THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS!!! Uber Eats left me “high-and-dry” however Bold Birds HANDLED BUSINESS. I will return to in-person dining moving forward, when I want Cheese Only fries.

Their Tenders are immaculate. I love the spice. I have consumed up to the Mother Klucker level and it’s worth every fiery bite.
