Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. We were there for two hours, most of time waiting for our food. When it finally came, the potato soup came with a hair in it and the chicken sandwich was cold. Waited 45 minutes for the “whiskey cake” and it also came out cold. Manager did comp our soup and whiskey cake, but we won't be back.

I'd always thought that this place was just some second rate restaurant in the middle of the pack not deserving a visit. I mean, it's at the Town Center with about 20 or so other eateries - many of which would fall into the same category. However, surprise, surprise...it turned out to be a fantastic watering hole. A lot of emphasis on coctails and deserts, and he eating fare wasn't so bad either. A great place to meet friends, although a bit loud...but the service covered that pretty well, too. I'm going to put it on my "return list" immediately.

I did not know this restaurant was in Florida! I have eaten at the one in Round Rock, Texas! This location was just as delicious as the other I have visited! The service was wonderful and the food was delicious!

The place looks beautiful and the service was great! Drinks were good. I was disappointed in my meal. I had prime rib sandwich and it had little flavor to it. My husband had the pork chop dinner and he said it was dry and a little tough. This place is very expensive. I'm glad I didn't get the steak because if it wasn't good I would've sent it back. Hope it was just an off night. It was a Friday night.

Our main server and the supporting staff were amazing and handled our large group with ease!! The wait time for both food and drinks was minimal which was surprising considering how busy the restaurant was on a Friday evening and how many large groups were present. The noise level in the main area was a bit high for us to make a presentation, but the manager allowed us to temporarily move to a quieter area for the short presentation. The entire experience was enjoyable.

The food and service were excellent! We had a party of 6 and ordered appetizers, entrees, drinks, and whiskey cake and everything was wonderful. We will return very soon!

Starting with the goat cheese fondue and candied bacon and ending with the ribeye, everything was fantantisc and delicious.

Ali was amazing. Her service was impeccable. She checked on us at the right times, food was cooked exactly as requested, drinks were delicious. Ali described the food where you wanted to order everything. They need to clone her. This was an excellent dining experience for the money.

The service was great; they were able to accommodate our large party at the last minute and were very nice about it. The food was very good; steak salad was made to my request and was big enough for 2 people. No one complained about anything they ordered and we ordered almost everything from the menu being that our party was so large. So all in all food was delicious and so were the drinks. We will definitely be back soon!

The food was delicious! The service was good however we had reservations but had to wait 10 minutes to be seated at the table. Our table was empty so not sure what the wait was for.

Good food. Good drinks. The service was a little slow, but the place was packed. It was a lively atmosphere. 

Great service and excellent atmosphere. The Whiskey Cake a magnificent!!! Our party of 3 shared a slice and it did not disappoint.

Great staff, great food and some really good food, that being said a couple times i had to ask for new fries because they were cold, but they always came through

I really hate to leave this review because part of me wants to keep it a secret but I can’t. Hands down, this is one of the best restaurants in town. And just to be clear, this is a completely honest review my meal wasn’t free or discounted I paid full price! I honestly expected to prefer eating somewhere else, but they won me over. Full disclaimer I didn’t plan on eating here so I ate before I came but after trying the candied bacon I fell in love. Definitely will return in the near future. We made reservations however I would urge you to do the same it was really busy and parking was limited.
