Food was just barely warm, hardly saw our server. Was not ordered refills on drinks. My daughter in law asked for her food to be remade because it was cold when she got it, she only got to eat her pancakes (they were slightly warm so she kept them) the rest of her food never came out. They did take it off our ticket, but seriously. I don't think we will be visiting this one again.

Good Evening I Took My Congregation Of 28 To IHOP Last Night At 9:50 And Only 1/4 Of My Congregation Didn't Get Served Their Food Until 10:50. Then At About 11:20Another 1/4Of My Congregation Got Served Half Cooked Food And 5 Of My People Never Received Their Food At All. The IHOP Staff Started To Serve Other People That Came An Hour After We Did. I Am Highly Disappointed At The Ridiculously Poor Service And Terrible AttitudesThat We Received At The IHOP On 103rd Street Location. I Will Not Ever Go Back There Again And I Will Let Others Know Not To Patron There As Well

Tyler had no customer service skills was very rude. I had hair in my food two pieces one from the cook was a black piece of hair and one from the waiter Tyler a blonde piece of hair. I was calm about the whole situation until I was treated like the hair was supposed to be there i’m still waiting on my refund from February 14. The managers keep telling me they’re going to issue me a refund and I have not received it yet. They gave me a credit to come back in the store went back to try again. The service was still terrible, and the other waiter had no knowledge of the menu , I know it don’t matter but I will not return to this establishment. I hope y’all get it together and I still want my refund.

I absolutely love it here! The food is awesome and on point. A very clean environment, and so enjoyable. I definitely adore Lovely Miss Queen Neka on 103rd. She is absolutely a pure Sweetheart, and Truly a Blessing, and not just to me, but to all! Such a friendly, and sweet smiling Bundle of Joy! Thanks Queen Neka!
