IHOP, located on 103rd Street, is known for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly customer service. The staff, including the manager and servers, are warm and attentive, making guests feel valued. The food presentation and taste are also commendable. However, there have been some reports of issues with food temperature and server responsiveness, especially when the restaurant is busy. Some servers seem to be short-handed, leading to slower service and food that may not be as hot as desired. Coffee can be weak, and pancakes might not melt the butter easily. Despite these occasional lapses, the restaurant often provides a pleasant ambiance, with quick and friendly service from dedicated staff. Customers appreciate the open parking, wheelchair accessibility, and kid-friendly environment. Overall, IHOP's inviting setting and mostly positive dining experiences make it a place many customers would like to return.
