I can't believe we had a wait so long ? for a seat, I was going to seat myself, 5 waitress and no house ? person to seat you really, from 12pm til 12:25, just to get a seat. Pain kick in. People walking by saying thanks for coming, and we're be with yall shortly. ???. I won't tell anyone to go there.

Went there this morning...3/29/24Felt sorry for the waiter..at first...He was the only waiter/waitress...but then he started yelling in the kitchen..yelled fuuuccckkk..so loud we could hear it...yelled a few more times...then a waitress finally came in and she was standing just looking at her phone...waited a long time for check..

It’s been a couple of months, but glad my husband was in the mood for delicious French Toast. Everything was excellent and the new menu and great service. I don’t know if they changed management at this location or improved the staff, but our waitress was on point. The food was delicious ? and we were not disappointed. They offer biscuits now and different options.

This was in Jacksonville FL. I enjoyed the food, it was delicious! The coffee was hot and strong. The server was a very sweet young man, very pleasant, made sure our dining experience was great.

The food is good (same taste as all other ihops) due to this location being the only one near the beach it is typically always busy so plan on waiting.
Had to wait 30 min for seating after being told it would be 10 to 15 min. Waited another 20 till I saw the waiter and put the order in. She did give me coffee about 10 min into being seated. The price was good. It's probably a very good place when not so busy. Look at the packing lot to see if filled first.

My waiter did not take the time to listen to the things we needed at the table. Gave off a one track mind walking away fast after dropping one thing off not giving a chance to ask questions or request anything. My extra onions and mushrooms were not cooked with my meal causing them to be under cooked.. He forgot my pancakes until I asked about them. I had to send my whole first plate back to the kitchen due to order errors.. won't be back as the was my stepdaughter first IHOP experience and she was not happy at all..
