Met up with a group of friends for dinner. We ordered a little bit of everything which were all delicious. Great service too. This is our goto place in Jax for dim sum - no other place in north east florida compares to hong kong bistro, truthfully. on the weekends, you can experience the traditional dim sum on the carts, or if you come during the weekdays for lunch, you can simply just order dim sum off of the menu.there's plenty of tables and seating so even though the wait line is out the door some weekends, you'll typically be sat down with your 10 people party within 20-30 mins. food comes out...read full review
