20260122 I was there twice this week. The first order was digital and I was just there to pick up. Staffing issues. One person handling orders and checkout. My order was not prepared correctly. I paid extra for queso and it wasn't included.
The second visit I went in and ordered a to go order. The bowl was prepared correctly. I also ordered a side of guac and chips. Somehow the chips didn't make it in the bag.
Not impressed. Two strikes in two days.

Chipotle is my favorite spot when I want something quick that still feels like real food. I always get the chicken bowl and the flavor is on point every single visit. You can watch them prepare everything right in front of you, which makes a big difference compared to other fast food places. The staff moves the line quickly and never skimps on the portions when I ask for extra rice or salsa. For the price and quality, it beats just about every other lunch option out there.
I truly enjoy chipotle food. Consistently visit this location about 1x a week. They have problems maintaining the dining room. Today, at 11:20, the tables were dirty, they were out out of tea, and there were NO napkins available on the floor. Not sure how this is acceptable. Stopped in today one week after before comment and went through the line with order. When I arrived at cashier was told they had no ice for drinks. No sign on door, no sign on counter.
