All of the flavors I've tried thus far have been soft and chewy! Even after sitting on the counter for a few days, it was still pretty great. My favorite is the cookies and creme and sugar cookie.

The cookies were excellent, but the customer service was disappointing. The person at the register was impatient and displayed a poor attitude, which felt unprofessional. He was not wearing gloves and handled our food directly. Overall, we were not happy with the way we were treated.

THANK YOU INSOMNIA!!!! Ordered on uber eats, the driver marked as delivered and never delivered the cookies. Called the manager, he immediately rectified the issue. Unfortunately I would not recommend ordering from uber eats they don’t knock. This was my second issue with uber eats tonight(2 different merchants) however when they sent their driver, the got here no problem and were still warm!!! I will definitely be ordering with insomnia cookies. This location is amazing everytime we go in, and this was our first time delivering, I really appreciated their patience and service !!! They even separate the gluten free and vegan cookies and pay close attention ! Really turned a sour experience with DoorDash into a pleasant night with warm cookies!

Just like the Tallhassee location, they offer four vegan options: vegan chocolate chunk, vegan double chocolate chunk, vegan birthday cake, and vegan gluten free chocolate chip. They will keep your cookies separated by dietary restriction unless you tell them otherwise. The staff are also super friendly and personable. We felt very welcomed even though we were in and out in maybe five minutes.
I wish I had the recipe for their vegan gluten free chocolate chip cookies. I don't know what kind of flour they use, but they come out incredibly soft and delicious.

Bland and flavorless doughy cookies. They had almost no flavor at all and were super overpriced. A lot of these cookie places think they can warm up a ball of cookie dough and call it a premium cookie. They weren’t the least bit impressive. Extremely disappointing for the price. I thought the gates to heaven were going to open up when I ate these cookies, but they weren’t good at all.

The cookies themselves were great. They arrived warm, soft, and tasted just as good as every other time I have ordered from Insomnia Cookies. They are consistent with quality, and I have never had a bad cookie from them.
That said, my last experience was frustrating. I paid a delivery fee and added a tip, expecting the driver to deliver directly to my door on the third floor. Instead, the driver refused to come up and asked me to meet them downstairs. If I wanted to leave my apartment and go get my order, I would have just picked it up myself. It completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for delivery.
I reached out to corporate, and to their credit, they responded quickly and reimbursed both the delivery fee and the tip. I appreciated how promptly they handled the situation and took responsibility for it. Still, I hope the company ensures their drivers actually complete deliveries to the door in the future. The product is great, but the delivery experience left something to be desired.
