All of the flavors I've tried thus far have been soft and chewy! Even after sitting on the counter for a few days, it was still pretty great. My favorite is the cookies and creme and sugar cookie.

THANK YOU INSOMNIA!!!! Ordered on uber eats, the driver marked as delivered and never delivered the cookies. Called the manager, he immediately rectified the issue. Unfortunately I would not recommend ordering from uber eats they don’t knock. This was my second issue with uber eats tonight(2 different merchants) however when they sent their driver, the got here no problem and were still warm!!! I will definitely be ordering with insomnia cookies. This location is amazing everytime...

Just like the Tallhassee location, they offer four vegan options: vegan chocolate chunk, vegan double chocolate chunk, vegan birthday cake, and vegan gluten free chocolate chip. They will keep your cookies separated by dietary restriction unless you tell them otherwise. The staff are also super friendly and personable. We felt very welcomed even though we were in and out in maybe five minutes. I wish I had the recipe for their vegan gluten free chocolate chip cookies. I don't...
