Omg this place has the best cookies and customer service in all of Jacksonville!!! No lie, hands down the best cookie place out there!! The cookies are warm, chewy and gooey with the perfect amount of crisp and for a great price. 10 out of 10, times 10...AMAZING!!!! Even tho the employees were busy, they still smiled, were so nice and seemed happy to be there, which was icing on the cake.

I literally went there to pick up a delivery order at a few minutes...

While leaving a nearby restaurant, I happened to notice Insomnia Cookies tucked away in a small alcove, partially hidden by tree branches. The sign is a little hard to spot, but I’m glad I wandered over.

My wife is gluten free, we were in town for an event. We randomly saw this place. They had gluten free chocolate chip cookies. As far as gf cookies are concerned as I am not gf but have had and have tried to make many gf chocolate chip cookies this cookie was excellent. We had them warm which definitely enhances the experience. I am not sure how soft they stay when cool but it was a good experience. The gentleman working there today on Aug 11 at 13:00 was friendly and helpful
