New manager guy from Florida was in the store last night. What a pleasant experience. Completely different vibe from the other new manager they had.

I hope he sticks around. Very friendly and funny and the cookies weren’t burnt.

Even during a power outage, the staff at Insomnia was amazing. Darren, Tevin, and MD were super friendly and made the best out of the situation. Their helpfulness turned a tricky experience into a great one. Highly recommend!
