As big as the place is and screams potential.... I think the menu could use a revamp. It is in a prime location and the place should be packed. The food and service MEH.Parking: You just drive in the central location and czn park for free up front.Kid-friendliness: Kids were present. The place is decorated for teens popular shows.Wheelchair accessibility: All ground level including bathroom.

Was one of the best meals a had in a long time from a fast food place. Would highly recommend you check it out and sit and relax. The people there are very nice , and now that I’m talking about it , I’ll be heading there tonight for dinner. It’s that good!

Be cautious of their poke bowls yall my friend went in and got one today and immediately after eating it had spots in his vision, passed out, woke up, and threw up. It was not an allergic reaction or a migraine, I'm totally convinced it was food poisoning from the seafood. Not trying to slander this restaurant or anything, every review I have seen about their cleanliness is 10/10 but things happen sometimes

Came here for lunch today. Was not greeted coming into the restaurant. Cashier wearing the varsity jacket was too busy nose deep in her phone and air pods on. It was assumed we would be able to figure out the kiosk system.Was a little confused with the picking a table section of ordering. Luckily the super “nice” cashier pointed to the table numbers we should be using, she seemed super annoyed by the slight confusion we had. Chose not to use her words. We wanted cups for water and again the hostess used her hands to gesture the direction of water instead of using words. She needs to take a class on customer service since it was super off putting.Food was just okay, nothing special. Seemed to be a revenue stream and not a passion project. Got the ISO ramen. Ground meat wasn’t seasoned and the egg seemed old, broth was okay.I won’t be coming back due to the poor customer service and quality of food. I’m going to patronize Umami Curry who has excellent customer service and a place you can tell is a passion project.

Happy to see that there are a lot of options to choose from for a ramen place in Jacksonville and ISOISO Ramen has been on our list for a while now. I live in the Southside area and there are so much options near me so driving to San Jose was a bit of a drive for us but we decided to do it since this restaurant has a lot of positive reviews on Yelp. This establishment offered a middle-of-the-road dining experience. The atmosphere was comfortable, yet nothing extraordinary. The service was prompt, but there was a lack of enthusiasm from the staff. The menu had a decent variety of ramen options, but the flavors were somewhat underwhelming. While the presentation was neat, the taste didn't quite live up to expectations. It's an acceptable spot for a casual meal, but don't expect anything remarkable.
