I'm going to be blunt and transparent: The food here is really good. I can't deny that. What I will complain about (and did to the only employee we saw) is that I purchased a certificate for $25 off my purchase of $50 just 2 days ago for Levant Grille & Hookah Lounge. When I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed the name on the place was different. I asked the woman working there if it was the same place and she said yes, that they had just changed the name, but it was the same. I had eaten here in the past and loved the food, so I thought...fine, sounds good. When I showed her the certificate after eating, she tells me that they don't accept it since the name changed. I could not believe something that is on a site that I had JUST purchased would not be honored despite the employee clearly saying that it was the SAME restaurant with a simple name change. By the way, the restaurant still has the SAME website SAME NAME. Ridiculous! Due to the poor service I don't believe I will eat here again. Which is sad, because they have good food.

Yesterday we tried the buffet and everything was very good; from the humus , the rice to the falafel. I totally love the desert and my daughters finished their deserts. Definitely will come back.

The best middle eastern restaurant in Jacksonville! We came here after a few months because we typically go to Casbah or Sahara but this place is top notch. We had hummus and falafel for appetizers, kebabs for entrees and baklava for dessert. My husband also had a hookah. The food and the vibe are the best! Ayda, the owner, is very lovely and catered to our every need. You will not be disappointed.

We went there for a Ramadan iftar and the food was great! There was a huge variety of foods and flavors from the Middle East for appetizers, main dishes, and desserts!! A taste of home away from home :)My family and I loved it and ended up coming again the day after. Highly recommended!

This is a middle eastern restaurant and NOT TURKISH stop using the name to make profit these people are Arabs. Arab food is ok nobody in the back most of the time because the food they make is two three days prior to serve
