Loved their menu options so much to choose from. The food was incredible will definitely be coming back. No picture because I ended up eating the food before I even thought to take a picture of it. It was that delicious and smelled amazing.

Wow! Everything was so fresh and delicious. I had the Nachos and Corn; hubby had the Tacos and Cheese Dip w/ Chirizio - it was all so freakin yummy. They were even kind enough to feed us in the pouring rain. The service was friendly and accurate. Can’t wait to eat here again!
We arrived at the start of their day/lunch. There was only one woman there at the time who spoke very little English. She was so sweet as she worked with her little bit of English and I used my very little knowledge of Spanish. There was a wait time because she was by herself, but the food! I have been trying to find Mexican food like I would get from coworkers in Del Rio. I have found it. The price was amazing and the portions are big. It is a food truck, but a little covered seating area is available.

I tried Jax Taco Truck today and it was DELICIOUS! I had the Mexi Street Corn Chicken and it was phenomenal. The portions were generous, the waffle fries were amazing, and the homemade salsa was superb!! Five stars for customer service as well.
