I have to update my review to lower their service rating because last night I called and asked if they took phone orders and the lady intentionally hung up on me. She didn't respond to my question, just hung up. I was shocked. I get being busy or having a bad day but to run customers off is foolish. I buy for events every now and then and for myself often.
I called back and a man answered. He was pleasant and said no you have to do it online or come in....
