I just flashed back to my childhood!!? With all the adulting we are subjected to everyday it was such a pleasant surprise to get an Italian Icee from Jeremiahs and Violet and her team were so sweet it was just a perfect combination of summer time happiness... ❤❤❤

Stellar customer service! Best location. I had two orders and was assisted by Addy, Brooke,Arielle,and Violet. Amazing people and was so patient with me and just absolutely outstanding customer service. They should be greatly recognized. While waiting my turn they provided each customer with outstanding customer service. They should get a raise and be greatly recognized.

The new manager Tyler is one of a kind!! Imagine a Chick-fil-A manager mixed with a Publix manager and you’ve got Tyler! He has truly mastered the art of exceptional customer service & satisfaction!!! He was observant and attentive to my needs and that is so rare these days! I’m excited for my future experiences at this location!!!

02/08/2025: Always drove past it. Thought it was like 31 Baskin Robbins. My son told me to try it. I was mistaken and very satisfied. Don't judge before you try it. This place is great. Not your typical ice cream place. The girls working there were very polite and helpful.

Great stuff

I went last week and the service was awful. I'm not sure who was on the schedule for December 31st in the afternoon but we stood outside the window for at least 2 to 3 minutes. When the female (I'm assuming) came to the window she opened it and just stared. No hello, no welcome. I stared right back and didn't say anything either. What customer service is that??? I'm so sorry I interrupted her phone time in the back that she had to come to the window. I don't know why they hire people who don't want to work. Won't be back and will tell everyone to avoid.

Server rudely shoo’d me out of the door they left unlocked. They were in the back, not even tending to the store and left the front door wide open. I had no idea you couldn’t walk in. Rude server wouldn’t even apologize when she knew she was in the wrong. Not coming here again.

Order via online. My order was ready on time. One suggestion, provide the customer with utensils AND napkins without them having to ask and Smile. Otherwise, the Italian Ice was Very Good. Very Very Good with fresh fruits. I loved it.
